Co\u017e podle EIGE (Evropsk\u00fd institut pro rovnost \u017een a mu\u017e\u016f) povede k\u00a0dosa\u017een\u00ed rovnosti a\u017e za 60 let.\u00a0\u00a0Zlep\u0161en\u00ed situace si slibuje nov\u00e1 aktualizovan\u00e1 genderov\u00e1 strategie, kter\u00e1 se vyty\u010dila konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed c\u00edle, aby do\u0161lo ke zrovnopr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00ed \u017een. Tato strategie je vytvo\u0159ena na p\u011bt let a obsahuje jak legislativn\u00ed, tak nelegislativn\u00ed kroky. Tato strategie slibuje p\u0159edstavit z\u00e1vazn\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e1 budou zahrnovat transparentnost mezd, kv\u00f3ty pro vedouc\u00ed pozice, implementace sm\u011brnice o vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed pracovn\u00edho a rodinn\u00e9ho \u017eivota, \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed nevhodn\u00e9ho obsahu na internetu nam\u00ed\u0159en\u00fd na \u017eeny a v\u00a0neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b vytvo\u0159en\u00ed Rady ministr\u016f pro \u017eensk\u00e1 pr\u00e1va. \u00a0\u010cesk\u00e1 republika se zav\u00e1zala prosazovat rovnost \u017een a mu\u017e\u016f v\u00a0Evropsk\u00e9 soci\u00e1ln\u00ed chart\u011b, co\u017e je nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed smlouva Rady Evropy pro oblast soci\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u011bc\u00ed. \u010cesk\u00e1 republika j\u00ed ratifikovala sv\u00fdm podpisem v\u00a0roce 1999. \u00a0Dal\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1vazky ohledn\u011b genderov\u00e9 politiky pro \u010ceskou republiku vypl\u00fdvaj\u00ed ze Strategie Rady Evropy pro genderovou rovnost a z\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edch doporu\u010den\u00ed Rady Evropy v oblasti genderov\u00e9 rovnosti.Aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed situace, ve kter\u00e9 se \u010cesk\u00e1 republika v\u00a0r\u00e1mci genderov\u00e9 politiky nach\u00e1z\u00ed, nen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 lichotiv\u00e1. V\u00a0mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edm srovn\u00e1n\u00ed zaznamen\u00e1v\u00e1me klesaj\u00edc\u00ed tendence. Na tyto tendence upozor\u0148uje Index rovnosti \u017een a mu\u017e\u016f vytvo\u0159en Evropsk\u00fdm institutem pro rovnost \u017een a mu\u017e\u016f. Zde m\u016f\u017eeme vid\u011bt, jak \u010cesk\u00e1 republika v\u00a0porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edmi \u010dlensk\u00fdmi st\u00e1ty zaost\u00e1v\u00e1. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 hodnota v\u00a0r\u00e1mci EU je 67, 9 bod\u016f (vych\u00e1z\u00ed se z\u00a0n\u011bkolika faktor\u016f). Hodnota, kter\u00e9 dosahuje \u010cesk\u00e1 republika je 56, 2, co\u017e jak vid\u00edme je pod pr\u016fm\u011brem a \u0159ad\u00ed se tak na 23. m\u00edsto mezi \u010dlensk\u00fdmi st\u00e1ty.O zm\u011bnu se pokou\u0161\u00ed Rada vl\u00e1dy, kter\u00e1 tu existuje ji\u017e 20 let a ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b vyd\u00e1v\u00e1 nov\u00fd pl\u00e1n pro dosahov\u00e1n\u00ed c\u00edl\u016f v\u00a0oblasti genderov\u00e9 politiky a rovnosti. Posledn\u00ed p\u0159ijat\u00fd ak\u010dn\u00ed pl\u00e1n pro obdob\u00ed 2019-2020 mimo jin\u00e9 obsahuje i politiky, kter\u00e9 by m\u011bly m\u00edt za n\u00e1sledek vyrovnan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zastoupen\u00ed \u017een a mu\u017e\u016f v\u00a0rozhodovac\u00edch pozic\u00edch jak v\u00a0soukrom\u00e9, tak ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 sf\u00e9\u0159e. Na vl\u00e1dn\u00ed \u00farovni se o syst\u00e9movou zm\u011bnu v genderov\u00e9 rovnosti pokou\u0161\u00ed Rada vl\u00e1dy pro rovnost \u017een a mu\u017e\u016f, kter\u00e1 existuje u\u017e dvacet let. Rada ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b vyd\u00e1v\u00e1 ak\u010dn\u00ed pl\u00e1n pro dosahov\u00e1n\u00ed c\u00edl\u016f v oblasti rovnosti. Posledn\u00ed ak\u010dn\u00ed pl\u00e1n pro obdob\u00ed 2019\u20132020 mimo jin\u00e9 obsahuje i \u201ep\u0159ijet\u00ed a uplat\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed pozitivn\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00ed pro vyrovnan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zastoupen\u00ed \u017een a mu\u017e\u016f v rozhodovac\u00edch pozic\u00edch ve ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 i soukrom\u00e9 sf\u00e9\u0159e. \u010c\u00e1st na\u0161ich politick\u00fdch p\u0159edstavitel\u016f a p\u0159edstavitelek si tedy uv\u011bdomuje na\u0161e dlouhodob\u00e9 podhodnocen\u00ed v ot\u00e1zk\u00e1ch rovnosti pod celoevropsk\u00fdm pr\u016fm\u011brem.Paradoxn\u00ed z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee \u017eeny jsou u n\u00e1s stejn\u011b vzd\u011blan\u00e9 jako mu\u017ei a v\u00a0posledn\u00edch letech tvo\u0159\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st absolvent\u016f vysok\u00fdch \u0161kol. Maj\u00ed tud\u00ed\u017e stejn\u00e9 p\u0159edpoklady pro rozhodovac\u00ed pozice. Bohu\u017eel podle n\u011bj v\u00a0r\u00e1mci spole\u010dnosti st\u00e1le panuj\u00ed stereotypy, kter\u00e9 \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed, \u017ee \u017eeny do vysok\u00fdch a rozhodovac\u00edch pozic nepat\u0159\u00ed.
